Every time a fan subscribes to one of your Drops, they're added to your Audience, your own fan list on Groover. It's where you can see who's been joining, where in the world your fans are and which Drop brought them in.
Whether you're planning a show in a new city, preparing a giveaway or just curious about who's following your music, your Audience helps you understand your fans and find the right people quickly. Only you can see it.
And when you’re ready to reach them, you can email them directly from Fan Messaging.
What is the Audience tab for?
The Audience tab lists every fan who has subscribed through your Drops via your Link-in-bio. Only you can see it.
For each fan, you'll find their contact details, the Drop they signed up through and their approximate location.
How to find the fans you're looking for
To find fans in the Audience tab:
Search by name or email to find one person using the search bar on the right side of the screen
Filter by country or city, which is useful when you're planning a tour, a local show or a giveaway in a specific market
Filter by Drop, to see who signed up for a given release or offer
How to contact your fans
Your Audience isn’t just a list: you can send your fans a message straight from Groover. Go to Your profile and site → Messages, write your message and choose who receives it: all your subscribers, or just a segment (for example, fans in a city where you’re playing).
