Save hours when building your fan database and understand the full journey of your fans with in-depth profiles, contact information and insights such as views, clicks, purchases, streams, and more.

Features

  • Import: Upload your existing audience contact lists from other platforms. Upload via CSV, and you’ll have all your audience contacts in one place.

  • Filter, Segment, and Save Audiences: Save audience segments based on specific filters (e.g., location, DSP, and more). This allows you to run hyper-targeted marketing to drive more conversions, sales and streams.

  • Collect contact and opt-in details: Build a rich audience database with data capture mechanics using your Link-in-bio: capture name, email, telephone, opt-in information, and location.

  • Build rich fan profiles: Get a real-time view of what your fans love most and how they behave across all your content—track metrics like page visits, button clicks, purchases, and streams.

1. Import your audience

  1. Upload your CSV file in Audience.

  2. You’ll get confirmation of the upload once it is completed.

  3. You can view all of your contacts.


2. Filter and save Audience Segments

Temple allows you to have a rich and unified view of all of your Audience data.

  • The unique part is being able to Filter, View, and Save Audience Segments.

  • You can organize and target specific fan groups to tailor and optimize your marketing.

To view a specific group of fans, click ‘Add Filter’ and apply 1 or more Filters.

Examples of Filters you can apply:

  • Filter Fans by Drops: View and select fans who have claimed specific drops.

  • Filter Fans by Location: View and select fans from specific locations.

  • Filter Fans by Join date: View and select fans based on when they purchased or registered.

  • Filter Fans by Purchases: View and select fans based on the number of purchases.

To create a Saved Audience Segment, you apply 1 or more filters and then click save:

  • Click “Add Filter”.

  • Add as many Filters as you like.

  • Click “Save Audience"

  • Name and Save the Audience Segment.

  • Then view this segment in 'Segments'


For example, you could create a Saved Audience Segment with 3 Filters applied:

  • ‘Add filter’ Filter 1: Fans by Location: Fans based in London.

  • ‘Add filter’ Filter 2: Fans by Join Date: Joined 17th October.

  • ‘Add filter’ Filter 3: Fans by No. Purchases: 3 purchases.

  • ‘Save Audience Segment’.

  • Type name: ”New London Fans / Top purchasers”.

  • Then save.


3. Export your Audience data

  • Select the contacts to export.

  • Apply Filters or none to select all fans.

  • Click ‘Export’ is located on top of your audience table.

  • Download your CSV file.
