1. Import your audience
Upload your CSV file in Audience.
Youâll get confirmation of the upload once it is completed.
You can view all of your contacts.
2. Filter and save Audience Segments
Temple allows you to have a rich and unified view of all of your Audience data.
The unique part is being able to Filter, View, and Save Audience Segments.
You can organize and target specific fan groups to tailor and optimize your marketing.
To view a specific group of fans, click âAdd Filterâ and apply 1 or more Filters.
Examples of Filters you can apply:
Filter Fans by Drops: View and select fans who have claimed specific drops.
Filter Fans by Location: View and select fans from specific locations.
Filter Fans by Join date: View and select fans based on when they purchased or registered.
Filter Fans by Purchases: View and select fans based on the number of purchases.
To create a Saved Audience Segment, you apply 1 or more filters and then click save:
Click âAdd Filterâ.
Add as many Filters as you like.
Click âSave Audience"
Name and Save the Audience Segment.
Then view this segment in 'Segments'
For example, you could create a Saved Audience Segment with 3 Filters applied:
âAdd filterâ Filter 1: Fans by Location: Fans based in London.
âAdd filterâ Filter 2: Fans by Join Date: Joined 17th October.
âAdd filterâ Filter 3: Fans by No. Purchases: 3 purchases.
âSave Audience Segmentâ.
Type name: âNew London Fans / Top purchasersâ.
Then save.
3. Export your Audience data
Select the contacts to export.
Apply Filters or none to select all fans.
Click âExportâ is located on top of your audience table.
Download your CSV file.
