How to transfer/withdraw my Grooviz in €?

This article explains how you can use your earned credits as a curator

With a curator account, you can transfer credits to an artist/artist rep account on Groover to spend your earnings or withdraw credits to a bank account (it is not possible to withdraw or transfer credits from an artist account)

First, you have to go to your Wallet. You can choose between: 

  • Transferring your Grooviz to an artist account or representative account to use the credits with Groover campaigns

  • Withdrawing your Grooviz in € (min €20 per request on your first time and then min €50) - and we will process it within 72 working hours following your request.

Important tip: If you decide to use the first option, we'll top up your artist account with a 20% Grooviz bonus (minimum transfer requirement is 10 Grooviz), to help you boost your campaign! 👀🔥

Groover highly recommends this option if:

  • You're an artist and would like to send a campaign to the best curators for your new release

  • You want to gift an artist friend or someone in your family for their birthday or just to thank them for existing 🎁

  • You are a Manager/Booker/Sync Supervisor/Mentor/Sound Expert on Groover and would like to create an artist representative to use the credits to promote the newest releases of the artists you work with

  • You have a Label/Publisher curator account and would love to boost your artist results with campaigns using your artist representative profile

If you don't have an artist/artist representative profile, now is the time to create it! ✨

Step by step to transfer to your Grooviz to your own artist account, artists you work with, or friends and family:

1. Add the email of the artist/artist representative profile and click on "Add this recipient"

2. Select the amount you would like to transfer (minimum 10 Grooviz for the bonus):

And that's it, easy right? The Grooviz will be instantly available on that profile and ready to be used on campaigns on the platform! 🎸

To withdraw your Grooviz in €:

If you want to withdraw your earnings, you will have to indicate in your Wallet

  • Your status (sole trader, association, company, other...)

  • The name of your entity / your name-surname

  • The address of the entity

  • The Business Identification Number of the entity if you have one

  • Your IBAN [only available for European countries for now] or Paypal account- For users based in France, you might be required to provide a Siret number, especially if withdrawing as a professional. If you do not have a Siret number, consider reaching out to Groover support for assistance.

Important: If you are not a resident of France, you do not need a professional status. You can withdraw your money normally by selecting the "Independent Contractor" option. If you are unsure about your professional status during the withdrawal process, you can select 'independent' as a valid option to proceed. For specific questions related to professional classification, contacting Groover support is recommended for tailored guidance.
