Yay my track was accepted, what can I do?

When a curator / pro on Groover agrees to share your track, you get notified through email. The kind of feature they offer you is indicated directly in the email and on the platform. You’ll also be able to see which files are required for them to share your music with their audience.

Once your track is accepted by an curator / pro you have to:

The curator or pro will get in touch with you via email with the date of the publication or most probably directly on the platform with the link to the post, the playlist, or the write up.

💡 When a pro accepts to share your music you get access to their email address - right below their feedback. You can ask them for more details through email easily!

👉 It's always a good idea to send a follow up email to a curator / pro who has accepted your track, to thank them and provide additional information. It can help smooth things and ensure that your track will be shared

My track was accepted and hasn’t been shared yet, is there something wrong?

Some curators and pros take more time than others to share the music which they have accepted on the platform. Don’t worry! They’re often very busy and keep in mind that some features require more time to prepare. For instance, for a write up you need time to write it, plan it and post it.

We advise you to get in touch with the curator / pro through email to get more information on the date or if it has been shared already. If you don’t get an answer the first time, make sure to follow up with them every 7-10 days

If you struggle with contacting the curators / pros who have accepted your track, send us an email support@groover.co. We’ll be happy to help you!
