My track link doesn't work, what can I do?

How to fix your broken link in a few clicks

Most of the time, adjusting a few settings can fix this issue instantly. This how to do it! (If you're track is unreleased, please see this section)

⚙️ Common issues with track links

  1. Make sure you’re using a SoundCloud, YouTube, or Audiomack track link (not an album, playlist, or artist link).

  2. If you’re having issues with your SoundCloud link:

    1. If your link contains a “?” — remove the question mark and everything after it (e.g. https://soundcloud.com/lecouleur/nunca-sera-1?in=lecouleur/sets/lecouleurpop ⇒ https://soundcloud.com/lecouleur/nunca-sera-1)

    2. Make sure it’s not a SoundCloud Go+ link

  3. If you’re having issues with your Spotify link:

    1. Check that it starts with https://open.spotify.com/track/…

    2. Make sure you’re copying it the right way. Click on the "..." on the right side of the title of the track > Share > Copy link to Song:

🧐 Common issues with *unreleased* track links

You can send unreleased tracks via unlisted, embeddable YouTube links, SoundCloud private links, or Audiomack private links.

  1. If using a YouTube link, ensure it's unlisted and embeddable (not a private link!)

    1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/my_videos

    2. Ensure visibility is set to “Unlisted”. If not, click the dropdown and switch it to “Unlisted”.

    3. Click on your video > scroll down > click “Show more” > go the “License” section > ensure “Allow embedding” is enabled:

    4. Go back to https://www.youtube.com/my_videos > hover over the video > click the “…” > click “Get shareable link”:

  2. If using SoundCloud, make sure it's a private, shareable SoundCloud link

    1. Go to your track

    2. Click the Share icon directly underneath the track

    3. Copy the link:

  3. If using Audiomack, make sure it's a private, shareable Audiomack link

Did you realize you made a mistake after sending your campaign?

  1. Click on "My campaigns" at the top of the page

  2. Select the track name in the menu on the lefthand side

  3. At the top of the dashboard, you'll see the "Edit track info" button (or Edit icon, if on mobile) where you can update any track link.

Saving it will update the track link for all previous campaigns and submissions as well! 💪
