I received a track that cannot be played, what should I do?

NEW ✨You can now report directly to our support team the tracks that cannot be played in your dashboard. 

1. Click on the "..." located just under the embedded player, then on "Report this track"

2. Select "I can't listen to the track" and provide details if you can. 

The artist will get his Grooviz back and the Groover support team will fix the issue directly with the artist while encouraging him/her to contact you again with a working link :)

IMPORTANT: if this happens for several submissions in a row, it might be an issue on your side or a more general bug. Don't hesitate to tell us through the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen or by email: support@groover.co | We'll work on solving the issue immediately!
