What is Groover+: discounts, benefits, coaching and support

This article answers the most common questions about Groover+ benefits (discounts, Hype & Charts, coaching access, community resources, priority support, and membership management)

Groover+ is now available to all Groover artists

Previously offered in limited access, Groover+ can now be activated by any artist using Groover. Once subscribed, you’ll immediately unlock all Groover+ benefits including campaign discounts, Hype and Charts advantages, coaching access, exclusive opportunities, and priority support.

How to sign up

Getting started with Groover+ is simple:

  1. Log in to your Groover account

  2. Upgrade to the Groover+ subscription

  3. Start saving on campaigns immediately

If a limited-time offer is available, you can apply the discount code at checkout.

How can I get Hype and Charts applied to my track?

If you’re a Groover+ member, Hype and Charts benefits can be applied directly to your campaigns.

  • They’re automatically applied on the final “Recap” step of your campaign.

  • You can remove Hype and/or Charts at that step if you prefer.

If you’d like to understand what these features do:

  • Hype helps your track stand out to curators.

  • Charts can be added from the campaign recap step (and is tied to the track).

How do I get 15% off my campaigns as a yearly Groover+ member?

Your 15% discount is automatically applied when you launch a campaign as a yearly member.

Because Groover doesn’t offer discounts smaller than 1 Grooviz, your campaign needs to be at least 7 Grooviz to benefit.

How do I access the exclusive opportunities?

Your first rewards are available right away. After that:

  • You’ll unlock a new opportunity via email each month.

How do I chat with a coach?

Once you’re signed up:

  • You’ll get access to the Hotline via the Groover+ coaching platform

  • You can message coaches directly from there

How do I log onto the Groover+ coaching and learning platform?

After you become a Groover+ member:

  1. You’ll receive an email invite to access the Groover+ platform.

  2. You’ll need to sign up using the credentials provided in that email.

    • Your regular Groover login won’t work on the Groover+ platform.

Once signed up, you’ll see:

  • Coaching Hotline

  • Tips, Tools & Education

Where can I find educational content and the artist community?

You’ll find both inside the Groover Community platform, in:

  • Tools and Resources

  • Groover Community spaces

How do I access priority support?

As a Groover+ member, your chat inquiries are handled first by the support team (priority response).

How can I modify my plan or cancel my membership?

You can manage everything from your account:

  • Go to Settings

  • Open Manage Plan to change your plan or cancel

What happens if I have a different discount or promo code to use?

Groover+ will always apply the highest possible savings:

  • If another promo/discount saves you more than Groover+, that one will be applied instead

  • Discounts can’t be stacked (no compounding): Groover+ defaults to the best single discount or promo

What happens if I switch to a monthly plan?

If you switch from yearly to monthly:

  • Your 15% discount remains active until the end of your yearly billing cycle

  • After that, the 15% discount is removed and you’ll pay the monthly price

What happens after I cancel?

After cancellation:

  • You keep access to benefits until the end of your billing cycle

  • You can check your billing cycle end date in Settings → Manage Plan
