If you're a curator on Groover, we're sure you care about artists just as much as we do. The industry for them is not easy, so we work every day to make it a little less complicated with your help. We are monitoring the quality of the feedback and the shares daily, so whenever we think that something can be improved, we’ll get in touch with the relevant curator to help them.

To know if you're doing a great job on the platform and are keeping your place secured, you can use this checklist:

  • Accurate profile: my profile is complete, with detailed, accurate, and up-to-date information about who I am, what I do, the type of music I would like to receive, and how I can help artists in impactful ways.

  • Provide quality feedback: I'm providing useful and constructive feedback on Groover based on the guidelines I received from Groover. I'm providing personalized comments to all artists contacting me, and letting them know in detail if I will share their tracks or not (explaining the reason clearly).

  • Provide quality opportunities: When I decide to offer an opportunity to an artist, I am doing it in the channel and format stated on the services of my profile - and not sharing in channels non-authorized in advance by the Curators Team.

  • Track my shares: I am not forgetting to share the tracks I promised to share and I'm sending the link to the shares via the “To be Shared” tab.

  • Report issues: When I find a track with problems, I report it by clicking on the three small dots under the video/track.
