If your curator profile was banned, it means that you have violated our service & community guidelines. But don't worry: if we ban your account, you will know the reason why we took this decision via email.
The main reasons that lead us to deactivate a profile are:
You aren’t replying to the Groover Team's important emails, which is forbidden since we need a clear communication channel in case something is pending in your profile.
You have offered paid services and/or mentioned other platforms in your feedback.
You have been warned to improve your feedback in advance, but still keep committing the same mistakes (for instance, copying and pasting).
You're not sharing the artists you promised to, even after a long time since the feedback was sent.
We've identified the use of illegal activities (bots, fake followers, fake listening activity) in your playlists.
